Dear parents & community members,
We hope you and your family continue to be well. Students, staff and families are to be congratulated on their resiliency and flexibility in continuing student learning, either through attendance at school or following our learning at home arrangements over the last few weeks.
With there being no recorded cases of community transmission of the Coronavirus in the NT, we will be transitioning back to face to face teaching and learning classes for all year levels at the beginning of next week.
From the start of Week 2 Term 2 - Monday 27 April 2020, all Year 10 – 12 classes will recommence face to face lessons at their usual scheduled lesson times. Some room changes will be required and some practical learning activities will not occur or be modified.
We encourage all students to attend in person and participate in all classes, however we also understand that some families will want their children to remain home. Students staying at home should continue to maintain regular contact with their teachers and College staff. This will assist them to progress their learning and not fall behind in their studies. Parents are requested to notify the College of students staying at home via email: email@example.com, text message: 0427 135 122 or phone: 8958 5000, as per usual student attendance / absentee procedures.
